The brief
One editor for a charity with a lot to say.
Sport Changes Life has run sport programmes for young people in Belfast since 2007, with scholars, alumni, partners and boards on both sides of the Atlantic. Their WordPress site had grown hard to change, so news and profiles drifted out of date, and the numbers funders read had to be updated by hand.
What we’re doing
- 1
Bring everything across
Scholar profiles, years of news and every partner logo, moved from the old site and checked.
- 2
Make every page theirs
Pages built from blocks the team can rearrange and edit, the home page included.
- 3
Keep the numbers honest
Impact figures that count themselves from what is on the site, so funders always see current ones.
- 4
Handle applications with care
Victory Scholar applications online, with a simple review process, cleared automatically after a year unless accepted.
