The brief
Three questions, answered quickly.
A coffee shop at Mill Hill Enterprise Park wanted a site with the same unhurried feeling as the room, and no more than that. People arrive with three questions and leave as soon as they are answered.
What we’re doing
- 1
Strip it back
The menu, the hours and the directions, and very little else.
- 2
Match the room
Spare, quiet layout with plenty of air around the type.
- 3
Keep it current
Menu and opening hours are theirs to change.
- 4
Ready for opening
Built and reviewed ahead of launch.
When it launches
What they’ll be able to do
- Answer what is on the menu at a glance
- Show the opening hours without a phone call
- Put a new special up in a minute
- Give people directions that actually work

you need.
A website, an app, or something in between. No jargon, no pressure.
